Refund policy

To start a return, please email us at admin@rxpect.com for an exchange or return.

Exchanges:
We understand things might fit a bit differently from time to time. We would love to help you get the right size and offer you an exchange. Please contact us via email, letting us know of the item/size you need in exchange and we will send that out to you once the original item has been received.

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt for proof of purchase.

Please note: shipping costs for both returns exchanges and returns will be at your cost, unless the product is damaged or faulty.

Once the order has been received by our warehouse team, you will receive an email confirming the items have been received and confirmation of the purchase being refunded and you should receive the original payment back into your account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Faulty Products:
If you feel a product you received is damaged or faulty, flick us an email at admin@rxpect.com with your order number along with photos of the fault/damage.

Our team will send you a return shipping label for the item/items to be sent back to our warehouse. Once reviewed and accepted by out team, we will confirm via email before sending you a replacement product or voucher as soon as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift card purchases.
